I am a Life Coach for Women Caregivers. Specifically, I help women navigate the complexities of caring for aging parents while directing and succeeding in their own lives. Caregivers have to manage emotions of being both the adult and child in the relationship. I work with my clients to make good decisions in hard situations and solve for any issues that arise around housing, care level, finances, and emotional wellbeing.
