Mountain HR Consulting LLC was founded by Sophie Joern who has spent most of her professional career in the human resources field. She comes with a diverse HR background in a variety of industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, and mortgage banking. Sophie received her bachelor's degree in Business Administration - Management from Montana State University-Billings and holds a Certified Professional certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She currently serves on the board for a local SHRM Chapter as the Foundations Chair. Born and raised in northwestern Montana, Sophie understands the importance of small businesses and how they can impact local communities.
